Likeness Rx gives patients several payment terms on its GLP-1 page. Begin with the monthly option: compounded semaglutide is advertised at $139 and compounded tirzepatide at $199. Then compare longer terms only after writing down the actual amount charged, not just the monthly equivalent.
Put the larger number on the page
The semaglutide plans list $327 for three months, $534 for six and $948 for twelve. Their monthly equivalents are $109, $89 and $79. Tirzepatide lists $477, $834 and $1,548 for the same terms, equivalent to $159, $139 and $129 per month. The lower equivalent and the larger upfront commitment belong in the same sentence.
Ask whether the payment term changes shipment timing or the review schedule. Paying for a longer term does not establish how many packages will arrive at once or how a clinician will adjust care. Those operational details should be confirmed with the service.
Read the next-charge explanation
The public page describes automatic renewal of the selected term and early billing for the first refill. Save the next billing date and the cancellation procedure before ordering. It also describes a refund if treatment is not prescribed; that statement should not be expanded into an unconditional refund promise after a prescription is issued.
Keep the prescription identity visible
These are compounded products, not FDA-approved medicines. Ask the clinician to explain the choice and identify the dispensing pharmacy for the GLP-1 prescription. Do not assume information from the company's separate skincare pages applies. Likeness is promotional #3 here, and the Care Notes Desk has not independently tested its care or fulfillment.
